- Lead the NSW Aquatic Team to achieve strategic and organisational objectives
- Develop a high performing network of aquatic programs across the state
- Multi faceted role supporting all functions within the NSW learn to swim portfolio
- A key member of the Belgravia Leisure Group Aquatics Leadership Team (Australia & New Zealand).
**The Role**
The State Aquatic's Manager will be responsible for providing a high level of enthusiasm and direction to the Swimming & Water Safety (GOswim) Program across all NSW Aquatic facilities. You will direct, guide and lead the team and establish rapport with clientele by develop and promote the GOswim program across multiple centres throughout the state.
This is a leadership position that will be perfect for an experienced Aquatics Manager to move into a State Leadership Role where they can drive and facilitate change in our quickly evolving business.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Increase the financial contribution for the organisation from LTS programs including, but not limited to yield, net return, year on year growth.
- Assure Aquatic managers are executing their roles consistent with the business strategy
- Compile and present data-based reports to leadership teams
- Facilitate meetings and forums that evoke strong communications across the organisation
- Be an agent of change that will deliver the execution of the aquatic strategy
- Work with the Group Aquatics Leadership Team to deliver on organisational objectives
ESSENTIAL:
- Police Check
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children (or equivalent)
- Swim Teacher Licence
- Strategic thinker
- Budgeting and reporting business acumen
- Commitment to safety
- Motivation, passion and willingness to actively support access and inclusion
- Ability to travel intrastate
- Level 2 First Aid
- Drivers Licence
