Salary - 60k - 80k + super (With possibility to negotiate for more experienced applicants)

Our client is a dynamic forward-thinking company that brings with them honesty, integrity and a passionate outlook within the real estate industry. They are looking to add an additional head into the existing team due to ongoing growth and expansion within the market. As a consequence, they are seeking to hire another property manager.

This opportunity is suited to either a junior individual seeking a great career within property (training to be provided) or a more experienced property manager seeking to work within a great team in the hills district.

**The Role**
- Management of a portfolio of 150 rental properties.
- Respond and accommodate to all landlord and tenant enquiries
- Manage and coordinate repairs, maintenance and all routine inspections
- Provide all administrative support needed to ensure all reports can be run accurately at end of any reporting period.
- Adhere to any new rental enquiries

**About you**
- Willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills and computer literate
- Critical thinking, can-do attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and result-oriented
- Strong passion in providing customer services and solutions
- Relevant experience in residential property management
- People person, customer service mindset and detail focus
- 5 day working week including Saturdays

Having a real estate agent licence or relevant qualifications is desirable however on the job training will be provided for successful applicants wanting to build a career within the industry.
