A truly exciting opportunity has opened up for a Full Time Property Officer looking to build a long term property management career, this role will see you working closely with our Senior Property Manager.

We are seeking a self driven & passionate Property Officer to join our boutique office. We are a small team looking at taking the rent roll to the next level. The successful applicant must live close to the Hills or surrounding areas, experience is preferred, not essential. Ongoing training and support are provided.

Your Role
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Assisting a residential portfolio
- Lease preparation
- Leasing/ Open homes
- In-going/Outgoing Inspections
- Routine Inspections
- Maintenance and repairs
- Reporting directly to Senior Property Manager
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Carry out other duties as required

Essential Requirements For This Role

To be successful in securing this role you MUST have a Certificate of Registration, valid NSW drivers licence and a reliable car. Presentation & communication skills can be nothing short of impeccable along with an attitude and willingness to learn and be groomed into a successful Property Officer.

If you have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, enjoy working with people and have a high regard for customer service this is the role for you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
