**Associate Director, Occupational Health & Recovery** **Clerk Grade 11/12, Ongoing and Temporary opportunity, Full-time 35 hours per week** **People Services, People & Culture, Department of Customer Service** **4PSQ Parramatta or Gosford or Sydney Mckell location (travel required between these locations)** **Salary Range: $139,787 - $161,663 p.a base salary + super** - Lead a team of specialists to implement comprehensive rehabilitation, action plans and improve organisational health and psychosocial performance across the organisation to ensure a safe working environment. - Develop, implement and maintain the Department’s recover at work and injury prevention frameworks to ensure a safe work environment and to meet legislative compliance obligations. - Provide expert, strategic and operational advice and support to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements. **About the Opportunity**: Due to innovation and growth in the People & Culture Division at the Department of Customer Service, we have an exciting new opportunity for an Associate Director, **Occupational Health and Recovery** to join our high-performing and progressive People Services team. You will lead your team to identify trends and draw insights from a variety of data sources to build and strengthen knowledge and capability and implement proactive educational programs that empower business leaders to make informed management decisions effectively.
