The Role
To manage, drive and own the relationship between the client and the business for an individual or portfolio of funds with a view to achieving client satisfaction and revenue targets.

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
**Strategic Focus**

Convert the funds strategic objectives into projects/products/services and report progress on a monthly basis to the fund and the Link Executive team.

Market and promote new and existing products and services. Actively identify opportunities to increase the services provided to the client tailored to their needs.

Maintain and develop fund revenue through the generation of contractual revenue streams, contract variations and new products and service opportunities.

Identify opportunities to further strengthen the relationship between the client and the business and facilitate the implementation of this.

Negotiate client contracts and performance standards to obtain the best outcome for the business Operational Management

Ensure all services are being delivered as outlined in the relevant Service Level Agreement and manage any client issues to a satisfactory resolution.

Hold quarterly strategic account management review meetings, or at otherwise mutually agreeable time frames.

Attend and where appropriate present to / facilitate relevant internal and external Boards, Forums and Events on both strategic and operational matters.

**People Leadership**

Manage, drive and own critical client relationships with a view to achieving client satisfaction and revenue targets.

Role model Client and member excellence behaviors and embed in the team a customer excellence attitude in all interactions with external and internal stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of the team by participating in team meetings, business forums/committees (as required) and sharing information.

**Governance & Risk**

Ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC regulations and SIS.

Maintain up to date knowledge of superannuation legislation and trends.

Ensure strategies are developed and implemented to ensure that existing and new client relationships are profitable to Link Group

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Working knowledge of AAS products and systems
- Budgeting and financial forecasting
- Experience in product promotion/sales
- Sound judgment and commercial decision making skills.
- Ability to market and promote products and services.
- RG 146 qualifications desirable
- ASFA 100 qualification or higher, and or other relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
- Experience in the superannuation industry with at least 12 months in a management or leadership role Knowledge of compliance and legislation applicable to superannuation
