**About you**Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience providing high-level executive support at C-Suite or at Executive Director level, with strong organisational skills, including the ability to problem-solve, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet tight deadlines.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.A high level of maturity, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.**Application Instructions**:
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) meeting organisation, document management, report compilation, accurate minute-taking, resource coordination, and proactively planning and prioritising tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the Executive team.The Executive Assistant will contribute to the success of Executive Directors, taking a team-based approach to managing portfolio responsibilities and ensuring consistency, a high-standard work environment, and excellent customer service.Reporting to the Manager of Executive Services, the Executive Assistant will collaborate with other executive assistants, sharing workloads during busy periods to ensure continuous support across the executive unit.The Executive Assistant will be highly motivated, capable of working independently, and skilled at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environment.With a dynamic and well-organised approach, the Executive Assistant will demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
