**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
3. Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
4. Exemplary planning, organisational and time management skills
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team whilst undertaking a diverse range of tasks with limited direction, within a high pressure, high volume work environment
6. Minimum two years’ experience working in a senior level administrative support role (personal assistant, executive assistant, office manager etc.)
7. Demonstrated ability to adhere to and maintain confidentiality at all times and act with discretion
8. Demonstrated proficiency in secretariat duties for committees including taking minutes, preparing agendas, documentation and reports
