**About the role**

Become a key part of our Medical Services team as an **Executive Assistant** within our Executive department

In this role, you’ll provide critical support to the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Medical Services/Chief Medical Information Officer, as well as offer broader administrative assistance to the medical services team.

**About you**Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience providing high-level executive support, with strong organisational skills, including the ability to problem-solve, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet tight deadlines.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.A high level of maturity, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.-
A background in medical services is highly regarded, though not essential.
