- Driving license is required
- 2 days a week 9am till 4pm. We are flexible with days and there is potential for these hours to increase.
- Office offers onsite parking available, close to bus routes.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Administration Officer to support Finance Team - invoice data entry and manage EFTPOS
- OP SHOP Stores support, admin and finance
- Facilities management
- Keeping Registers upto date, data entry
- Courier Service
- Support Volunteer Recruitment process with administrative requests
- Organise the donation box collections process
- Organise multiple registers for the company, relating to stock orders, keys and uniform
**ABOUT YOU**:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate
- Your organised approach
- The ability to pick up tasks and work with initiative
- Driven to achieve goals in a team environment
- Can work independently
- Great interpersonal skills, (any exposure to working with volunteers previously is ideal)
- Bookkeeping skills or Finance Admin skills are desirable'
- WORD AND EXCEL skills required
- Role could work around study, family commitments or assist someone seeking to ease towards retirement.
Interviews will commence 17th April and an ideal start for later that week or the week commencing 24/4.
