**The Role**
This is initially a 2-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
- Review employee expenses and verify that they are accurately coded to the appropriate cost center.
- Assist the Accounts Payable department in reconciling financial records and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and support various administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing reports as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain filing systems, and manage office supplies.
