**About this role**

Globally established brand seeking an experienced Boutique Manager for its Collins Street location. This store makes a statement and it needs a leader that will follow suit. You will be responsible for achieving store targets by promoting brand engagement with clients. Maintain an excellent understanding of product knowledge and presentation. Support with coaching and developing a high-performing successful team.

**What you will need**
- Experience in managing a team in a luxury retail environment
- Exceptional fashion and styling skills
- Understanding of client building
- Brand Ambassador
- Ability to drive and monitor sales
