**About the Role**
Our growing and successful Melbourne business is currently looking to appoint an experienced Bid Coordinator.
As a Bid Coordinator your role will focus on assisting the Bid Manager & the Pursuit team to co-ordinate and produce the required proposal documentation for a range of bids (EOI, ROI, RFI, RFT, RFP, RFQ etc.). Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures and processes, as well as drawing on resources organisation-wide to ensure that bid resources and efforts are appropriate and timely.
**About You**
- 1-3 years previous experience in bid coordination and administration
- Intermediate to advanced skill levels in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Indesign would be an advantage
- High level of written, spoken communication including negotiation and influencing skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time and prioritise
