**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead AU & NZ major bids by contribute directly to, project managing internal resource in cross-functional, AU & NZ environment to achieve the complete and timely response of official Tenders (RFP’s / RFQ’s), RFI’s and related client requests assigned across all World Courier business verticals
Support and advise the AU & NZ Business Development Managers, ensuring process compliance & quality of responses is maintained
Coordination of contracts / agreements with internal stakeholders.
Support customer business reviews and other ad-hoc requests through data analytics, and creation of presentation materials
Manage the upkeep & maintenance of the AU & NZ Bid Library, ensuring regular reviews of content & addition of any new materials, working with the Subject Matter Experts
Work with Salesforce and the development team to maximize efficiencies, process, capability, and usage with regards to World Courier’s Bid Management function
Manage WC’s AU & NZ Deal Desk program, including deal selection and weekly meeting participation
Provide expert input into with large opportunities as needed in an informal manner
Focus on development of WC’s AU & NZ Bid Management function through the identification of new tools, processes, training and certification opportunities to drive continuous improvement in win-rate

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
Industry experience and knowledge
Minimum 3+ years working in a project management, sales, or sales support focused role.
RFP / Tender role experience
Logistics and/or pharmaceutical background preferred
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM (Salesforce)
Experience selling on quality to technical stakeholders a plus
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Organised team player and able to lead by example
Presentation and negotiation abilities
Experience in driving action in matrixed environment
Bachelor degree in related field, MBA a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Fluency in English

Reporting Structure

The AU & NZ Bid Coordinator will report to National Business Development Manager Australia.

The AU & NZ Bid Coordinator will work in cross-departmental teams and in alignment with the Customer Service, Operations, Sales and Country Management.
