Are you skilled in garment repairs and alterations? McGregors Dry Cleaning in Currumbin is looking for a talented and detail-oriented seamstress to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients.

**Position**: Customer Service / Alterations Specialist
**Location**: Currumbin QLD
**Hours**: full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of garment repairs and alterations, including:

- Hemming (take-ups, let-downs)
- Adjustments (take-ins, let-outs)
- Zipper replacements
- Patching and other repairs
- Handle various fabrics with care and precision
- Provide high-quality finishing touches to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide high level customer service for Dry Cleaning customers
- Booking in Dry Cleaning orders.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years previous experience in garment repairs and complete alterations on high value garment.
- Fluent English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
