Integrated Power House is currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join our fun and dynamic team

**The opportunity**

As our internal sales and purchasing officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service, primarily in the counter sales area.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Provision of customer service and sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Liaising with suppliers to successfully process orders, purchase stock and assisting with customer consignment for electrical projects.
- Inventory management as required.
- Actively keeping in touch with customers and building strong, long-term working relationships.
- Ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately and in a timely manner.

**About you**:

- Driven and passionate professional with experience working in a sales or customer facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy meeting people and building strong working relationships with customers.
- A thirst for product knowledge and a real drive to learn new skills and build a long-term successful career.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and prepared to think outside the box to provide the best possible solutions for your clients.
- Electrical wholesale experience is highly regarded, though not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Word) and demonstrate strong computer IT skills.
- Full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
