
Showroom Sales Manager/product Specialist

**The Opportunity**
A unique opportunity exists within the company to bring on new branch managers. We are seeking, highly skilled individuals that have a proven track record of building, inspiring and leading a team. You will be the first point of contact, and manage your team across all aspects of sales and operations.
**The Responsibilities**
- Managing all aspects of day-to-day operations of stores, including sales, customer service, recruitment, training, and profits and maintaining standards.
- Training and motivating team members to achieve maximum sales productivity and ensuring that sales plans are achieved
- Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from Aidacare
- Providing information to customers about our products
- Supervise and manage all store personnel, including implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures and corporate directives
- Store promotion and Business Development
- Monitoring and implementing store branding consistency
- Marketing and advertising
**About You**
- Outgoing motivated personality
- You will have a customer-centric mindset
- You will have second to none administration skills, including the ability to prioritise your time
- You will be a self-motivated, creative thinker, able to problem solve and seek out new opportunities
- An ability to manage opportunities across different platforms, instore, online or on the phone

Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $115,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Smithfield, NSW 2164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
