**About the role**:
As a member of our Regional team you will be a key point of contact between Paint Place and our customers. This will involve:
Greeting and developing relationships with all Paint Place customers.
Identifying opportunities to grow sales.
Working with the operations team to achieve exceptional customer service.
Assisting Customers to work out materials for their projects.
Accurately pricing customer’s requirements using our computer systems.
Adherence to Paint Place safety and other policies and procedures.
The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrated sales experience.
Action oriented and a great communicator.
Honest, self motivated and have a passionate desire to be successful.
Have the ability to work in a team environment.
The ability to manage multiple customers and store priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and measurements.
Excellent computer and data entry skills.
Strong safety awareness of all team members within the workplace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $3,850.50 - $6,950.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Signing bonus
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
