**About the Role**:
Become a valued member of our team with this Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member position at Sussan. Your day will consist of creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and offering recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.

It's important to note that this position has a set schedule of days and hours per week, operating on a rotating roster over a fortnight.

**Week One - 34 Hours**:
Tuesday 9am - 5:30pm | Wednesday 10am - 5:30pm | Thursday 10am - 5pm | Friday 10am - 5pm | Saturday 8:45am - 5:15pm

**Week Two - 34 Hours**:
Monday 8:45am - 5:45pm | Tuesday 8:30am - 5:30pm | Wednesday 10am - 5:30pm | Thursday 10am - 5pm | Friday 10am - 5pm

This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
