About the role:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to work directly with our Founder (ex-Big 4 CFO/consultant) on complex client engagements across SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and health tech scale-ups.

You'll act as the analytical and strategic partner on high-impact CFO style advisory projects — supporting board meetings, investor presentations, M&A, and capital raise processes.

This role offers rare exposure to C-suite decision-making, VC/PE stakeholders, and complex mid-market transactions — ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to accelerate towards a CFO or corporate development pathway.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build investor-grade financial models, valuations, and forecasts to support strategic and transaction decisions.
  • Prepare board and investor materials — translating complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis across high-growth businesses.
  • Support due diligence, capital raises, and M&A activities.
  • Partner directly with founders, CFOs, and PE/VC investors to deliver data-driven strategic advice.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 5–12 years' experience in corporate finance, commercial finance, or corporate development.
  • Strong background in financial modelling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
  • Experience within investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth tech preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability (driver-based, scenario, valuation).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills — able to simplify complex insights for executives.
  • CA, CFA, or MBA qualification preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or PE/VC-backed environments highly regarded.
