HR Business Partner

**Your new company**
Our client is a non for profit organisation who provides community services within the residential aged care, home care, counselling, retirement living and many more. They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their friendly team environment.

**Your new role**
As an HR Business Partner you will provide HR strategic and operational support to all employees. Your main duties will include workforce planning, performance management and workplace relations and provide HR support whenever needed.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in the use of HR information systems
- Experience in Workplace investigations and legislation interpretation
- Back round if aged care of community care is a preference but not required
- Experience in HR analysis and reporting
