The firm's Property & Construction team is renowned for working on some of the most interesting real estate, construction and infrastructure projects in Australia for public and private participants.

The team offer unparalleled expertise across the complete lifecycle of a project and the stages post completion, including dispute resolution.

**Position Description**

Our client is currently looking for a stand-out Property & Construction (Front-End) lawyer to join their busy team in Melbourne. You can expect a varied and interesting role, including:

- large-scale commercial and residential property developments;
- acquisitions & disposals of key commercial properties and assets across all classes
- major infrastructure projects (including PPPs);
- construction and operation contracts; and
- public procurement.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly-regarded practice and be exposed to some of the best real estate and infrastructure projects in Victoria (and throughout Australia).

**Requirements**:
You will be a Lawyer or Associate with
**2-4 years' post admission experience in front-end construction and property law matters** from a notable law firm (or in-house legal team).
- superior academic background;
- excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with legal and other professionals and clients as necessary;
- ability to work collaboratively in the team, yet also independently when required; and
- ambition with a desire to excel their career.
