**About the role**
Great Southern Bank’s Digital team is focused on defining, enabling, transforming, and operating our new and existing digital capabilities to create value for our customers, people, and the organisation in alignment with our organisational strategy.
As Digital Product Owner, you will be the business lead for the transformation of the online consumer lending origination channel, including the roadmap for ongoing improvement and sustainment. Your role is critical to the Product Owner team dedicated to Digital Sales & Growth, which is part of the broader Digital team comprising Website, Front-End Development, Mobile Banking, Digital Experience, Digital Analytics & Optimisation, Digital Roadmap & Performance, and Digital Adoption & Usage.
You will work closely with business partners to understand goals, objectives, and ensure that the Great Southern Bank digital consumer lending sales channel adds significant value to both our business and customers. You will provide business leadership to the cross-functional delivery team to introduce new and innovative digital solutions that exceed customer expectations.
**What we’re looking for**
Over 5 years of related experience in Digital Product Management, including direct experience as a Product Owner, preferably within in retail banking or financial services.
Demonstrated success in driving and executing a digital roadmap and initiatives that tangibly grow digital sales and improve customer experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex concepts, analyse data, and present well-thought out, simple, and effective solutions.
Experience in building business cases and developing compelling proposals for change.
Strong presentation skills to all levels of the organisation, with the ability to drive and sell the digital agenda in a non-technical manner.
An inspiring leader who can empower a cross-functional team to think creatively.
Collaborative, consultative, and at your best when building and maximising relationships across our business and solving complex challenges.
