Digital Product Owner Small Business Banking

As the Digital Product Owner, you will be the digital lead for the transformation of Great Southern Bank’s business banking offering, including the implementation of an exciting new small business banking proposition. You will work closely with business partners (internal and external) to understand goals, objectives, and ensure Great Southern Bank business banking digital channels add significant value to both the business and customers. You will provide business leadership to the cross-functional delivery team to introduce new and innovative digital solutions that exceed customer expectations. You are a positive and enthusiastic champion for the digital transformation agenda at Great Southern Bank, always ensuring that what is delivered meets the needs of the small business market we are targeting.

**About you**
- 5+ years related experience in Digital Product Management, including direct experience as a Product Owner, preferably within business banking or financial services.
- Experience in website operations such as SEO, UX/UI design, digital content production and management, A/B/n testing and personalisation
- Demonstrated success in driving and executing a digital roadmap and initiatives that tangibly grow digital sales and improve customer experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well-thought out, simple and effective solutions.
- Experience in building business cases and developing compelling proposals for change
- Strong presentation skills to all levels of the organisation, with the ability to drive and sell the digital agenda in a non-technical manner.
- Proven experience leading and cultivating a high performing team
- Working knowledge of regulations impacting retail banking digital channels (desirable)
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Service Design, Psychology, Market Research, Economics (BSc) or equivalent
- Product Owner or other Agile/Scrum accreditations (desirable)
