The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Workforce Supervisor to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 10 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide advice to managers and other stakeholders on the identification of risks and opportunities, change management and mitigation strategies
- Lead and direct the Administration Workforce team, including professional guidance, coaching and development to team members
- Support line managers in the placement of affected employees that meet all criteria for conversion to permanency
- Oversee the onboarding, training and upskilling of new administration staff, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, policies and procedures

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
