Ascend Recruit are the hunt for a Site Supervisor who knows how to take ownership, lead from the front, and bring energy to site — while still having a laugh along the way. You'll be joining a young, motivated team that actually enjoys coming to work, values each other's input, and backs it all up with real incentives and career growth.

- Take charge of site operations from start to finish
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and on-site teams
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Keep projects on track and communicate progress clearly
- Work closely with PMs and Contract Administrators
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite
- Solid experience supervising residential, multi-residential, or duplex builds
- Someone who can lead by example and get things done
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Great communicator who thrives under pressure
- Local knowledge of trades and suppliers is a big plus
- $120,000 – $160,000 salary package
- Company vehicle + fuel card
