Reporting to our Head of Property & Franchising, the Property & Franchising Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and support of all leasing and franchising matters.

As the Property & Franchising Coordinator, you will be accountable for ensuring the timeliness of all activities undertaken by the Property Department. We are seeking an individual who is highly organised, adaptable and a strong communicator.

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
**The Role Recipe**:

- Be the first to respond to all franchising enquiries;
- Prepare franchising documentation and distribute to the necessary parties;
- Prepare EOI packs for franchising enquires;
- Manage Google Drives files;
- Create documents and templates;
- Input data into lease management program;
- Assist the Head of Property on special projects and day to day tasks.

**Key ingredients**:

- 3 years experience in a similar administrative position is desirable;
- Experience in lease management software, such as LeaseEagle or equivalent
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to initiate, implement, control and improve company processes and procedures on a continuous basis.
