This
**prestigious Global Fund Manager** is seeking a
**Client Account Services** professional to provide excellent service across
**Client Change, Client Services and Fund Rebate processes for Australian Unit Trust Processes**.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a

**pivotal member of the team**. This role is crucial for
**processing and managing the rebate process relating to the Australian Unit Trusts** for both new and existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for queries from underlying clients of the Australian Unit Trust
- Actioning requests from the external Transfer Agency
- Assisting the Client Implementation Team with account set ups
- Working with the Investment Operations and Product Team for Client Change and Onboarding
- Communicating upcoming fund investment flows to the wider teams
- End-to-end fund rebate processing, ie, reconciling client accounts and assistance with preparing vendor updates

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Strong communication as well as written skills
- Proactive and able to use initiative
- MUST have experience with Australian Unit Trusts
- Intermediate Excel
- Strong client-service focus
- Ability to prioritise and raise queries
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of operational activity and fund rebate process

Initially on a
**12-month FTC**, with
**strong potential to convert to a permanent** position within the team.
