**About the Company**:

My client, a large construction subcontractor who work across Melbourne for many years. They have been supplying quality services and products across the construction sector. They offer a collaborative environment promoting a positive culture. They are looking for **Accounts Assistant** or **Snr Accounts Officer** to join their busy office's.

**About the position**:
Reporting into the CFO, you will be an integral part of the team. Being responsible for all bookkeeping, payroll and accountant requirements including;
- end to end payroll, superannuation & payroll tax
- Reconciliations
- BAS Payments
- General admin duties
- AR & AP
- Preparing invoices
- General ledger reconciliation

**Previous experience**:

- Have a good understanding & experience in the above duties
- Min of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and exceptional time management is a must
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with a close-knit team
