**About the role**

- Lead and optimise data capture processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across clinical and non-clinical data.
- Analyse and interpret complex data to inform operational performance, strategic planning, and benchmarking, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Drive accurate and timely reporting, both internal and external, aligning with regulatory, funding, and performance requirements.
- Develop, implement, and communicate data policies and best practices while resolving discrepancies to maintain high-quality, reliable data.
- Resolve data quality issues efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate correction of discrepancies.

**About you**

- Proven expertise in managing, validating, and maintaining high-quality clinical or activity-based data within complex environments.
- Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance data quality and understanding across clinical and operational teams.
- Skilled in translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights for decision-making and reporting.
- Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities while driving process and system improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
