The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our passionate People & Culture team. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and optimising recruitment processes, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with Vocus goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and establish strong working relationships.

- Ability to build relationships across a range of stakeholders.
