ICT Manager - Hobart

This well-known and innovative organisation is seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**

As the ICT Manager, your new role will be to implement, maintain and manage the current infrastructure for the organisation and ensure alignment on projects to meet technology strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company’s ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Along with the CIO, develop and implement ICT strategies and policies.
- Ensure that all ICT systems are secure, reliable, and efficient
- Manage cybersecurity - cloud services
- Provide technical support to staff and customers
- Manage the ICT budget and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant IT and managerial experience
- IT Degree advantageous
- Strong knowledge of ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Very high-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives
