**About the Role**:
We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team. Collaborate with our General Manager and lead a team in diverse administrative tasks.

Core areas of focus include:

- Serve as the key point of contact for prospective residents and families, offering warm and informative introductions to our Care Home. Handle inquiries and coordinate admissions seamlessly.
- Oversee the employee experience, from roster administration to recruitment, onboarding, and leave management.
- Lead the customer and administrative experience to ensure the highest standards of customer service.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous customer-focused and administrative experience in a service-related field is essential.
- Familiarity with rostering and Kronos or payroll systems is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to aged care or retirement living sales environment is desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks within established guidelines, and policies.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
