Nightshift Site Supervisor required for 2-month contract | Tier 2

**Your new company**

This highly reputable Tier 2 Builder works across large iconic commercial and industrial projects around Sydney and with over 35 years of experience in the industry they have excellent client relationships and have a solid pipeline of work. Due to workloads they are now looking for an experienced Nightshift Site Supervisor to join them on one of their commercial projects.

**Your new role**

You will be managing a number of different trades, and you will be responsible for OH&S, inductions, contractor co-ordination and overall site management. You will run OH&S inductions and adhere to a strict policy, supervise all site progress and hold tool box talks. You will being responsible for ensuring noise levels are in line with legislation and liaising with the public when required.

To be successful for this position you will be an experienced Nightshift Site Supervisor who has previous worked on large scale, commercial, retail or residential building projects. You will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, be able to work well unsupervised.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 5+ years experience working Tier 1 & Tier 2 Builders
- Trade background preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
- Enthusiasm to work within the team and work cooperatively
- Valid White Card and First Aid
