**Full Time Site Supervisor (Building Associate) Required**

Carrig Services Pty Ltd are currently seeking skilled and experienced full-time Site

Supervisors to join our busy team.

To be successful for this opportunity, ideally you will be reliable and hardworking and hold

the following:
**Qualifications/Work Experience Required**: Diploma (preferred, but not mandatory) and/or

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

**Responsibilities and Duties of the role will include**:

- Supervising construction sites, and organising and co-ordinating the materials, plant and
- labour required.
- Assisting Management in planning and organisation of work programs.
- Reporting to management on issues requiring resolution and status of work programs.
- Liaison with engineers and other associated personnel on jobsites.
- Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice.
- Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications.
- Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings.
- Co-ordinating works programs.
- Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and
- Standards.
- Ensuring all plant services and maintenance schedules are adhered to and completed.
- Calculating costs and estimating time scales.
- Carrying out site safety audits.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:
