**About the Client**:
Our client is an Australian owned and operated retailer focused on licensed apparel and accessories. They operate in the retail, wholesale and manufacturing space and have now secured over 50 licenses. Their product range can be found in retail stores, online and in leading sport stadiums.

To be successful you would be a naturally strong communicator, both verbally and written, with a high attention to detail. You are solution focused and enjoy being challenged on a day to day basis. Additionally you will need to have experience in managing financial budgets, recruitment, training, event planning, and proven success in marketing. **The Job Role on offer**:

- Develop, lead and coach team members to achieve
- Encourage a high performance culture within your portfolio
- Manage a portfolio of 5+ sites across the one venue
- Research, understand and analyse trends
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Achieve profitability through execution of consistent store standards
- Maintain OHS and policies in a high stockturn environment
- Set and control wage budgets and costs

**What you will Bring to the Job Role**:

- Senior Management or Area Management experience preferred
- A genuine approach to building and developing your team
- Self motivated and energetic leader with a solution focused attitude
- Solid understanding of financial metrics of sales, margin and stock turs
- Hands on leadership style who thrives in fast paced environments
- Great time management skills and solution focused approach
- Passionate about customer experience and store standards
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Confidence in microsoft and stock programs
- Genuine interest in the sporting industry
