**Assistant Operations Manager**

**Your mission: To create memorable experiences for guests by delivering exceptional standards and outstanding service.**
- Crown Perth is one of Western Australia’s largest tourist destinations, attracting more than nine million local, interstate, and international visitors per year. Comprised of three high quality hotels, a world-class convention centre, gaming facilities, and a range of award-winning food and beverage outlets, Crown Perth provides customers with an exceptional range of entertainment and tourism offerings.
- The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the operations team at the Crown Perth Convention Centre, within departmental guidelines, to deliver 5-star level of service. The position reports to the Operations Manager - Events & Conferences.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Maintaining regulatory and corporate compliance within the operation.
- Ensuring all events operate within budgeted parameters to departmental standards.
- Provide senior management with feedback on operational, staff and client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Enabling excellence in customer service for all events and conferences.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role.
- Unrestricted Approved Managers license.
- Proven experience in delivering superior service standards in an event environment.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, effective communication, and time management.
- Ability to analyse problems, identify and implement appropriate solutions.

**Preferred Criteria**
- Experience within the Hospitality industry
- Qualifications in Hospitality/Management
