**Service Manager (Beverage) - Events & Conferences**

- As a Service Manager you will assist in delivering 5-star service at Crown Perth’s 20 event spaces stretching over 10,000 square metres making it one of the largest and busiest venues in Perth. Reporting to the Events & Conferences Management team and working alongside other Service Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring allocated events run smoothly and efficiently, always exceeding the clients’ expectations.

**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Event Bar Operations Management.
- Stock Management.
- Staff Management.

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Extensive supervisory experience within event/bar operations.
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate appropriate information to those concerned.
- Capability to work under pressure and within timeframes.
- Ability to motivate others to achieve business objectives and common goals.
- Experience in managing payroll costs and expense lines.
