This is a full time position is based in Perth, WA with some FIFO travel required. **Main Responsibilities**: - Co-ordinating all day to day drilling activities across multiple sites - Actively manage, train and develop field operations personnel through positive leadership - Work closely with the management team to ensure the setting and maintaining of clear expectations that reflect the company brand and ethos - Ensure the health and safety of all personnel in all areas of the business operations by promoting adherence to a zero-harm outcome - Participating as a key member of the company's existing leadership team, being proactive in affecting change, developing solutions and delivering improvements and processes **Minimum requirements for this role are**: - HR truck license - 5+ years experience in various drilling methods - i.e. RC, Diamond - Cert.
