**About The Position**

Terra Mining are currently seeking an experienced Drill Coordinator for their Binduli project in the Kalgoorlie region, Western Australia. Working as part of our diverse, dynamic, and driven drill and blast team, your role is responsible for helping us optimise efficiency of the drilling operations, while ensuring the highest standards of safe drilling operations are maintained.

Working a 2&1 roster, the Drill Coordinator’s day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to being:

- Managing drilling crews performing drilling operations including contractors.
- Monitoring drill performance against the weekly plan to ensure that deadlines are met, identify & raise any issues with meeting targets.
- Reporting any problems encountered during drilling operations to the appropriate party for resolution.
- Liaise with drill fitters & Drillers that all drilling equipment is functioning properly before operations begin and used correctly throughout shift.
- Overseeing all drilling operations, including training new employees and monitoring performance.
- Manage the drill consumables to maximize utilization.

**What You Will Bring**
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a Driller role on open pit, hard rock mining projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely within a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring
- High level of communication, organisational and planning skills
- Intermediate level of computer literacy including Microsoft Excel.
- Current C Class drivers’ licence (HR licence preferred, but not essential)
- A positive CAN-DO ATTITUDE
- Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including drug and alcohol testing
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Current National Police Clearance, issued within the last twelve months
