**About DDH1 DRILLING**

**About the Role**
The responsibilities of this position will incorporate but not be limited to:
- Co-ordinating the day-to-day recruitment needs of the business including:
- organising interviews,
- booking of medicals
- on-boarding document due diligence and issuing contracts.
- Processing new starter documentation.
- Monitor receipt of preemployment medicals
- Activate Employee Profile in Data Base
- Notify Training / Operations of new starters for inductions
- Provide Payroll with new starter documents
- Liaise with the recruiter regarding the placement and start dates of New Starters
- Maintain and Update Data Base
- Assist with onboarding enquires
- Provide support to the recruiter
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Previous experience working in the Drilling Industry is an advantage however Resources experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and have a resilient and positive attitude when focuses may change.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritising skills with proven capacity to meet deadlines.
- An understanding of confidentiality and its importance.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills in general.
