**Responsibilities**: Gallagher Bassett (GB) is Australia and New Zealand's premier third party claims administrator. We manage claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured organisations. We are part of the leading global risk management and insurance group Arthur J Gallagher & Co, with over 27,000 great people worldwide in over 140 countries. The Position The Team Manager is responsible for providing day to day leadership and management of one of our claims teams ensuring the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and professional claims service. You will also be responsible for developing a team of approximately 12 staff, coupled with the opportunity to implement quality initiatives. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Providing leadership and direction to the team to ensure delivery of KPI's; Ensuring compliance with the RTW ACT 2014 and other relevant legislation/ regulations and policy; Promoting a positive working environment; Ensuring the delivery of an empathetic and caring customer experience; Coaching and mentoring team members; Ensuring compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures; Identifying opportunities for process improvement; and; Facilitating effective team meetings and project activities as required. Qualifications: Required: Minimum 3-5 years claims management experience. 1 year people management experience.

**Preferred**: Prefer Account Management experience.
