**Job Description**:
We are seeking the expertise of an organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide a high level of administrative support to our Industrial team.

Based in the Parramatta office, this role presents you with a fantastic opportunity to utilise and further enhance your strong administration and interpersonal skills. You will proactively support a team of high performing Operators by providing secretarial and administrative support to produce accurate, timely and high-quality reporting and documentation for clients.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Co-ordinate the collation of reports, marketing materials, submissions, and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, binding.
- Coordinating and participating in team meetings.
- Preparation of general correspondence including composition of memos, minutes, and letters.
- Ongoing management of critical information spreadsheets.
- Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.
- Manage team travel, ensuring cost effective airfares and ground transport are arranged.
- Database management, ensuring accurate entry of information.

**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

- Recent and relevant administration experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferrable role.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills.
- A motivated self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to team-based initiatives.
- Experience using InDesign will be an advantage.
- A real estate or property background is highly regarded, but not necessary.
- High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
