**The Role**

The Generation And Development - Asset Master Data & Maintenance Team are responsible for defining _‘why’_, _‘what’ and ‘how’_ we do maintenance to ensure that the right maintenance is performed safely, the right way, at the right time across Generation’s portfolio of assets to optimize cost, risk, and performance.

Your new role as the Asset Master Data & Maintenance Specialist provides asset & maintenance configuration, maintenance construction & optimisation matter expertise to the Generation Group, in relation to the asset lifecycle steps. You’ll demonstrate this by:

- Providing advice and solutions on SAP Technical Objects & Planned Maintenance
- Implementing SAP Technical Object and Planned Maintenance Requests for Change
- Facilitating the review & optimisation of Planned Maintenance
- Constructing Technical Objects and Planned Maintenance for new asset developments
- Promoting and fostering the use of SAP in accordance with our data standards and procedures
- SAP Technical Object
- SAP Plant Maintenance
- SAP Bill Of Material
- Corporate Data Governance Steering Committee
- SAP Maintenance Data Governance Working Group

**Is this you?**

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate the below:

- Significant demonstrated experience and capability in enterprise systems and maintenance management within the energy industry sector
- Demonstrated sound knowledge, experience of, focus on and commitment to safe working principles, procedures and methods applied in power stations or heavy industry;
- Experience in development of equipment maintenance plans in related industry, including maintenance work management, major maintenance strategies and reporting;
- Experience in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and reporting solutions;
- Proven high level ability of analytical, reporting, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a broad range of people across the organisation and build positive work relationships
