**The Company**

Sands Fridge Lines is a leader in Refrigerated Distribution and Cold Storage in Western Australia. Utilising a large fleet of vehicles with differing configurations and expansive cold and dry storage facilities, Sands Fridge Lines is able to service the diverse needs of its customers located both within the metropolitan area and regionally

**The Opportunity**
- Reconciliation of Fatigue Management sheets and driver log sheets
- Cross referencing timesheet with journey and load plans to ensure accurate time captures
- Ensuring timesheets are correct and submitted in a timely manner of predetermined deadlines
- Following up and solutions of discrepancies presented in timesheets, fatigue management logs
- Monitoring and archiving of Pre-start, load plans and fatigue management records
- Coordination of and communication with Drivers not limited to but trip plan and relative fatigue management strategies
- General administration duties as per required
- Collecting digital copies of data (Driving licences/work order etc)
- Ensuring continual communication between departments through rapport and relationship building
- Multitasking with urgency where required and itemising priorities

**The Job Requirements**

To be considered and successful in this role, it is essential applicants have:

- Previous experience or exposure to the transport industry is advantageous
- Geographical knowledge of Western Australia areas and townships
- Resilient attitude and ability to facilitate and engage in difficult time sensitive situations and delays while keeping level headed and approachable
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with outstanding attention to detail, high problem solving skills and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Permanent resident or Australian citizen
