**About this Position**

We’re on the lookout for a Warehouse Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads from the front. You’ll manage a team of four Shift Supervisors (Morning, Mid, Afternoon & Night), oversee warehouse efficiency and compliance, and play a key role in shaping a positive safety-first culture.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations across our Jandakot sites while helping us prepare for a significant operational transition.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership & Operations**
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate Supervisors and their teams across multiple shifts.
- Be present on the floor to support your team and maintain strong working relationships.
- Oversee warehouse KPIs including picking accuracy, damaged stock reduction, and on-time dispatch.
- Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs, especially around peak periods and public holidays.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Promote a proactive safety culture through regular toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, COR, and OH&S regulations.
- Oversee PPE and uniform distribution.

**Team & Culture**
- Foster a culture of initiative, trust, and accountability.
- Recruit and onboard staff as needed, particularly to support new business growth.
- Coach Supervisors to take ownership of their shifts and decisions.

**Systems & Cost Management**
- Manage timekeeping, payroll queries, and approval of overtime.
- Use WMS and rostering tools to drive efficiency and control costs.
- Support accurate reporting and issue forecasting

**What We’re Looking For**

You’re a grounded and confident leader who builds trust through visibility and action. You know how to motivate teams, streamline operations, and keep a cool head when priorities shift.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution setting.
- Hands-on experience in pick/pack, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), rostering, and cost control.
- A forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
- Confidence managing and mentoring frontline supervisors.
- Strong planning and crisis management capabilities, especially around shift coverage and public holidays.
