**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Supervisor** to join our team based in **Perth WA**. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and oversight of multiple geotechnical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, production, and commercial outcomes are met. This is a leadership role that drives on-site performance and plays a key part in mentoring and developing future leaders within Keller.

**Key responsibilities**- Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget- Coordinate plant, labour and subcontractor resources across multiple projects- Enforce compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards- Mentor and upskill leading hands and foremen- Review site investigations and designs, proposing practical construction solutions- Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and suppliers- Drive continuous improvement and support Lean initiatives

**About you**
You are a hands-on leader with deep experience in piling and ground improvement projects. You are committed to safety, technically strong, and thrive in a dynamic environment where people and project delivery come first.

**What you will need**:
- 5-7 years’ supervisory experience in a similar construction environment- Strong knowledge of piling systems, plant, and ground engineering techniques- Cert III in Civil Construction (or equivalent); White Card; High Risk Work Licence (e.g., Dogman)- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and digital site systems- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
