Your role at St John of God Langmore Hospital

You will be responsible for the administration duties associated with Patient Services and Community Services which also includes Reception and Switchboard. Ensure a safe environment is maintained at all times for patients, visitors, doctors and caregivers.

The Position- Working knowledge and experience using (Patient Administration System
- IBA WebPas) an advantage.- Advanced skills and knowledge with a range of computer packages, particularly the Microsoft Office suite with a good level of attention to detail and accuracy.- PAS- Update and maintain patient admission system IBA WebPas.- Rostering to work on front reception handling customer / patient enquiries either via phone or face to face including answering phone calls via main switchboard.- Always be courteous and friendly to customers
- patients, caregivers, visitors and doctors.- Maintain Patient confidentiality at all times.- Promote a harmonious intra and inter departmental environment at all times.

Ability to work autonomously, and with mínimal supervision.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be available over a range of shifts from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment

We will offer you- Salary: $28.55 to 29.37 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + superannuation- Casual positions available- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
