**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage IT assets, focusing on mobile devices and computers.
- Set up and dispatch computers for new hires.
- Place orders for computers and manage IT accessories.
- Ensure the IT Depot is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Conduct monthly invoicing and manage asset inventory with precision.
- Enter serial numbers accurately into the system.
- Provide basic support as needed, with potential growth into more support-focused roles.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Basic knowledge of mobile phone setup and support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
- Proficiency in Excel for invoicing and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with the business.
