**What We’re Looking For**:
You are someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment. You understand the controls that are required as part of this environment and part of a heavily regulated industry. You like fine detailed work and have excellent hand eye coordination. You have a high attention to detail and take pride in quality workmanship.

Our production teams are based out of our Macquarie Park facility and currently operate between the hours of 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.

**Your role will include**:

- Implementing Saluda Medical's production processes for the assembly and testing of medical devices
- The use of specialised, proprietary industrial machinery
- Undertaking product inspections
- Participating in continuous improvement activities
- Participating in manufacturing process and development activities
- Participating in the routine maintenance of manufacturing equipment and the facility
- Working within the Quality and Regulatory framework of Saluda Medical, following established work instructions and standard operating procedures

**About you**:
You like fine detailed work and have excellent hand eye coordination. You have a high attention to detail and take pride in quality workmanship.
- Two (2) years minimum experience in a high technology development, cleanroom, or manufacturing environment
- Experience in electrical/general assembly
- Experience in operating small industrial equipment
- Experience in using microscopes and small hand tools
- Excellent hand-eye coordination skills and excellent manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience with, and commitment to, working in a quality-controlled environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and write English - to the level of understanding and following work instructions
- Ability to work in a team

**It’s not essential, but nice to have**:

- TAFE qualification (or higher) in a relevant field
- Trained to IPC Class III Soldering
- Electronic soldering experience
- Experience in manufacturing of medical components, assemblies, and products in a certified cleanroom environment.
