Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager join our Sydney based team, initially supporting our Harbourside project. You will provide support and assistance to the Senior Development Manager and/or Development Manager in all operational aspects, as assigned, so as to further expand and enhance your knowledge of the development industry.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:

- Carry out, or provide assistance to achieve defined project outcomes
- Adhere to strategies and targets as communicated by DM and/or SDM
- Understand feasibility and can update and report under supervision
- Prepare formal correspondence and presentation under supervision
- Prepare and update basic development programmes
- Keep minutes and maintains files
- Research and maintain current market knowledge

Your point of difference

You will have strong commercial / financial acumen and development industry knowledge and experience.

Finally, you will have the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity, Good Microsoft Suite skills and strong time management skills.
